Q: What is your MOQ?
A: We don’s requested MOQ for each model ,but more quantity cost less.
Q: Can u put our logo on the product/ cartons?
A: Yes. You could send your fabric logo to us, and then we can put your logo on chairs. Additionally, we can print your logo on cartons.
Q: How to place the order?
A: Just send enquiry to us of your request and then We will quote the price with your details. After checking the unit price & order details, payment terms and delivery terms, we'll make proforma invoice for you to place the order and pay.
Q: What is your Payment terms?
A: TT: 30% advance payment, 70% balance before loading. Others trade term are negotiable, Such as LC, Alipay, ect.
Q: Sample time and charges?
A: Sample is available. The price is 10% more than bulk order price. About 5 days after receiving the sample payment.
Q: What is the production leading time?
A: 1-4 weeks, it depend on model number and quantity.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: 3-5 Years according to model, and the replacement will be ship out with next order for free.
